    The Owners of Workplace really cares about people. The culture is good with various bonding activities for staff to enjoy. There are opportunities for career advancement within.

    Great company with great potential
    The good thingsMarketing agency by nature, but always looking to expand the scope of service. Company is very strong financially and seems to be growing steadily. Always appreciate staff and contributions are acknowledge fairly.
    The challengesSalary may not be the highest to start off with, but opportunities to grow is always there when taking on more responsibilities. Constantly pushing for growth and encourages employees to try out new things that may be beneficial to the company.

    The good thingsWell managed and strong company. Good ideas and initiatives are always appreciated. Always looking to re-position itself and going beyond being a marketing agency. Exciting times ahead. Most staff have been here for many years.
    The challengesSet high standards for their employees to constantly challenge themselves and push boundaries. Market sentiment is not as great as before right now, but company is still in a great position to compete for jobs.

    Interesting company but requires lots of investment
    The good thingsTries to give staff a good experience by sponsoring courses and conducting monthly team building activities. Has a good infrastructure in terms of office space and systems to be used by the staff.
    The challengesToo business-minded yet unwilling to change direction as part of the changing market trends. Traditional advertising is a dying business, yet no change of direction is happening. Has a high staff turnover rate.
