    Nice start for a fresh graduate!
    The good thingseveryone is so friendly including top management. learn how to do something directly from manager. A very nice start for a fresh graduate with no experience because everyone is willing to teach you from zero. flexible working time, good management, no need to do overtime frequently etc.
    The challengesworking area/office is quite small.
