    Feedbacks for Job Hunters
The good thingsDuring my days working in this company, I get to learn a lot from my superior. More often than not, they are always available when support and guidance in completing a task. The working culture here is quite admirable as well as most of the colleagues are very friendly and are not shy to lend a hand for support.
The challengesThe challenge within this company is that there is limited career growth in this company. Favouritism within this company is also quite prominent.

    Generally Good Working Place
The good thingsIt is actually nice working environment. There are opportunities for personal and career development and regular sports club activities. The staff benefits are quite good too comparing to other companies.
The challengesIt would be better if the management enables two-way communication channels with the staff and to minimize top-down communication. And to be more transparent and standardized in appraisal & reward system. KPIs for staff should be more specific and set out as per timeline.

    good experiences
The good thingsI enjoyed the activities that the company sport club organised and appreciate the staff and member who contribute their time despite their workload. Through the activities and sports organized every staff in the office know each another from different department even directors and head of department will be participating. This make the whole company know well of each department job and funtions.
The challengesThe challeges are the generation gap between the poineer staff and the new generation staff. Its have to be well balance and chances should be given to younger generation staff for them to showcase their skill. More care should be given as to lower down the percentage of turnover. Overall, it is a very good place to work and develop.

    A Work Life Balance Company
The good thingsThe company espouses the tenets of live, learn, work and play. The employees are generally united in all the events. The company events are stringed together by the members of the club and the activities are very team focused. There are plenty of activities for their employees. There is also a nice pantry, pool and foosball table for after work entertainment.

    Good thing to share
The good thingsNot much pressure and can leave home by 5:30pm.
The challengesThe benefits to NE staff can be improved and also management should value the hard works by the staff. Else the turnover of the staff will be getting serious.
