    Challenging Working Environment with High Teamwork Spirit
    The good thingsCompany provide the environment of learning and improvement. Company do not emphasize on qualification but the attitude of workings. Company provide multiples functions to ease the employee relation, such as company trip, annual dinner, team building and etc.
    The challengesUnpredictable work load is one of the biggest challenges. It is challenging to manage multiple projects at limited resources.

    The challengesdifferences cultures between malay and chinese can make fighting. from the top management is good, but in lower stage is not good. politic and not good for new staff
