    The turnover rates are high for reasons.
    The good thingsThe office is comfortable enough to work in.
    The challengesLot of company politics. Unfair opportunities for different races that have the same qualification & work experience. Cannot communicate loudly to colleagues in the office, must 100% work on serious + stressful mode or else will considered as have no work to do. Checking your phone during office hour will considered as have lazy. Non-friendly managers setting up high boundaries with employees. No OT allowances provided. Too much workloads, too high expectations. Ridiculous way of measuring KPI. If you make any mistake during work, you dead.

    High expectation & no work life balance
    The good thingsGood colleagues, friendly environment, higher salary pay and less stressful job compared to other companies.
    The challengesExpectation too high from management. Even when you don't have any task they will call you lazy or consider you didn't perform. Very strict policy, once you did something terrible then bye bye you go. Overall management is the worst and be prepared to work on off day also
