    The good thingsI really enjoy working at my current company. The team spirit here is strong—my colleagues collaborate well and support each other, which makes daily tasks smoother and more enjoyable. The flexible working hours are a big plus, allowing for a better work-life balance. What stands out most is our boss—he’s genuinely friendly, approachable, and treats everyone with respect. It’s a positive environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
    The challengesOne area for improvement would be encouraging newer team members to take more initiative—working independently and actively raising questions when they face challenges. It would also be beneficial to bring in someone passionate about support roles to help strengthen the team. A more robust support structure could greatly enhance operational efficiency and speed up issue resolution.

    The good thingsMy internship experience at Synic Consulting has been incredibly rewarding and has provided me with valuable knowledge into the world of professional work environments. One of the most positive aspects of my internship was the opportunity to work alongside experienced seniors who were always willing to offer guidance and support. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, where interns are also treated as valuable members of the team and given meaningful tasks that contribute to real projects. Regular check-ins with my supervisor also allowed me to receive helpful feedback on my performance and identify areas for improvement. Moreover, the company's emphasis on flexible working arrangements has definitely made the internship experience even more enjoyable.
    The challengesOne of the primary challenges I encountered was gaining familiarity with new development platforms and business processes which differs from what I had been learning which is focusing more on programming and coding.

    Thrive under Pressure
    The good thingsIt's been 13 months of new experiences with customers and colleagues. The job entail is on project basis. Basically, we are only dealing (focused) with 2 products: Microsoft ERP & CRM. I work directly with the boss in sales hence, learning lots of business strategies. Boss and colleagues are good. Office is open concept which is easy to the eyes but a little too much sunlight at times. Hours are flexible enough.
    The challengesMust know how to thrive under pressure as there are lots of multi tasking as well as keep yourself updated on product changes. Learning to work as a team is a must. SYNIC can improve in some parts such as procedure transparencies as well as team building. Communication is sometimes off but overall still not too bad.
