The challengesCareer development. It will be hard for the staff to expand their career to other level since you only focus on fire alarm system. The most annoying thing is that, even though your title is Project Engineer, you will be doing most of the work. You are no better than a technician, just the rank and some slight increment on salary will differentiate. The salary will be the reason for you to find other company. With a tittle of engineer, sometimes your basic salary will be lower than RM2k, even with few years experience. So you can imagine what a technician salary will be :(.
