    Good company for new career development.
    The good thingsThe management and the employee are bond together. There is no gap between them. The work also ok with the salaries. A lot of things can be learn there with the Oldtimers.

    A good place to learn and to start your career
    The good thingsSince the number of employees is small the working environment is good. Supervisors are willing to teach without complain. They trust the intern to handle work or documents. I was able to be involved and learn about every department.
    The challengesSince the plant is operated semi auto and also the plant has been operating for about 20 years, a few problems that can be solved often occur especially regarding the equipment.

    The good thingsThe opportunity, exposure and experience offered will nature a person towards a greater career development. Very elaborated internal system and requirement, which if followed properly could create a highly efficient and safe workplace.
    The challengesFrequent change of management causing frequent change of direction and reporting. Some may find difficulty to adapt to the changes in management and policies. Some areas may be too stretched, especially in the pursuit to fulfill company requirements.
