    Very Interesting but Challenging
    The good thingsIts a good experience because u can learn many new things like handle some machines. Every year never miss the bonuses. Every year your salary will be increase based on your skills.
    The challengesThe boss who cannot manage the team and the environment at the workplace its pretty annoying and stress. sometimes one month straight i need to working because not enough of manpower.

    Environment issue, Able to work under pressure
    The good thingsYou will be allowed to explore your inner knowledge and at the same time, you have to learn or ask whatever you would like to develop and hone in the position you are working there. Work independently and under pressure are very important things you should have if you want to work here.
    The challengesI hope there is more training and let newcomer to adjust and be acquainted. Working in the production area should be more hygienic than before. Smoking & vaping or other intoxicants substances should be prohibited.
