    The good thingsGot few small break times, like 10 to 15 minutes. One full break equals to half an hour.

    Encouraging Positive Stress Among Chaotic Colleuge
    The good thingsteammate support within department, HR treating staff with a good manner. Bosses hear our issues and try to solve as they could. Within the whole factory, workers greet each other. We enjoy the little things together. The dinner, activity and benefit are interesting to employee.
    The challengesEach departments are hardly connect/interact/communicate among each others. Preventive actions are poor and corrective actions are done slow. Bosses did not want to know the problem and keep subordinates do on their own. its hard when it comes to solve problems

    Great Place to startup as a freshie
    The good thingsGreat place to learn and startup as a freshie. They provide training and you can request the specific training you needed. Experiences for international exposure. Fixed yearly increment, promised benefits as you can from the \"overview\". You can learn the whole process of how a manufacturing industry works. You will develop great communication skill from here.
    The challengesDifferent type of people to deal with. From the top to bottom, management to line leader. Handy and urgent request might come out suddenly due to management's request.
