    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and the working environment is flexible. Recently, the company has implemented flexible working hours, which greatly benefits working mothers. Management and leaders are approachable and maintain close relationships with employees at every level.
    The challengesIn a fast-paced and growing company, it's essential to continually upgrade ourselves and increase our productivity. Management changes decisions quite often, and it requires employees to be open and adaptable to changes.

    The good thingsI have enjoy to work in Syspex as here we do provide a lot of space to learn and grow. Good colleague and good culture. A lot of activities and now company starting to practice flexibility hour and this is what the company mean for.
