Best place to learn your trade as a stockbrokerThe good thingsI was assigned a mentor, joined a team and given endless suport and trainings during my tenure when first starting out as a licensed dealer's representative after graduation. My peers from other brokers were not as fortunate as they were mostly let to learn their trade on their own whilst I was learning and gaining experience day after day until I decided to get to the next level.
The challengesAs a young, hot-blooded with a lot of youth spirit, I was rather impatience to learn and gain more experience elsewhere. The laid back environment made me feel like being in dead water but when I look back, the environment was great to grow and to gain some innovation or creativity in my work. Unattractive environment might be seen as uninspiring to the aspiring brokers.
