Kids itself make it so happy environment.The good thingsThe workplace is really nice which is look-alike a castle. The children would be so happy to come and learn everyday. It just a happy feeling when you see a children happy. And that's all. Facilities also TIP TOP , as they have their own small garden for learning purposes, swimming pool for the children enjoy the swimming class. Colleagues also quiet helpful.
The challengesThe syllabus is sometimes killing a teacher on how to prepare and educate the small children. Sometimes we just make it fake for Yearly Test by helping the children. The rest time also not flexible which means teachers could not have their own rest time as teacher itself have to monitor the afternoon children who start coming. Prayer room for muslim does not have. Overall, it's fun to work here
