    Good place to learn MP
The good thingsWorking hours are quite flexible as long as you meet deadlines. Small group and nice boss and colleagues.
The challengesThis is mainly a healthcare planning firm. You're told you'll be guided but it remains as words. You get screwed in public if you do mistakes. Hard to gain salary increment. No use of having office hierarchy and unprofessional office culture.

The challengesIncompetent superiors. No guidance, need to learn everything by yourself then get screwed if you make the simplest of mistake.

The good thingsExposure to hospital knowledge & healthcare facility planning, project management. Friendly boss. Minimal politics as company is small.
The challengesInsufficient team members to support a project and improper company standards that should have been established since the beginning of time. no increment & bonus for 2 years+ No systematic approach to handle submissions and projects as plannings go haywire come the 11th hour.
