    The good thingsGot the opportunities to learn bleaching earth, a niche product to be used in edible oil refining. Internal training is provided and you have a big team to support you. They have company trip and annual dinner as well.
    The challengesEmphasize on relationship marketing so travel to meet customer is needed. Sales team will need to face the stress directly from big boss as well.
