    BAD working environment and management
    The good thingsNo much good things here and nothings can learn over here. The good things is only easier to build up relationship with all staff here.
    The challengesBad management, Bad working environment, doing multiple job task that not related to field and job task, simply make salary deduction, no systematic, they like to simply make labour office report to staff.

    The good thingsGood communication with everyone. Safety to working place. Environment is very good in this company. Organitation is bigger our country because the employee more than county with malaysian people and foreigners are working.
    The challengessuddenly i won't have work. then, I sit silent at my table that's so bed for me.

    Learn on being as leadership
    The good thingsLearn and makes me realize on how important attitude and self-confidence was other than learning task based on accounting and finance. Experienced task from various field which not related to my field too. Friendly staff and internship students always makes working environment been comfortable. Not forget, to appreciate the staff and celebrating their birthday even for intern students too. They always stay together to achieve goals of company.
    The challengesMisunderstanding when having communication in meetings. Strategies that used to improve performance was not enough. Sharing ideas was only limited. Lack of support to work as a team. More task can lead staff in pressure and feel stress. Sometimes failed to satisfy customer needs and their orders. Most of time, task were given not related to my field.

    The good thingsknow many knowledge and faster doing job. beside thats,can improve skill of communication with others, also handle the problem and settle it. finally, the staff give multitask job for suitable with the condition in the office.
    The challengesThe challenges working in this company come many side, either people itself or system that we used as employer. for employee,it same to do multitask and not focuses to one task only. beside thats, system currently not working usually.and system sometime have own problems.
