    Good working environment
    The good thingsPeople here are nice & kind, and have a lot of activity if you are energize on social or group activity. parking & lunch are the things you don't worry about, is free.
    The challengescareer path development may less, as it is NGO, the salary is not that attractive compare to those enterprise environment.
