    The good thingsFriendship & communication between our supplier & account department.Good committee member for arrange company Annual dinner & also contribution/support from our supplier.Taiyo also have Joint consultative committee between Management team & staff. I'm the one of committee member.As a commitee member we trying to solve employee problem by highlight to Top management.
    The challengesEvery year we have ICC presentation.We present our project & challenge between Production member & office staff.We did well & we win trip to Taiyo Japan HQ. I'm not going because I already send the resign letter so top management decide to send 3 person (old staff) to go first.I'm leaving because company business slow down & all staff not get the bonus for 3 years & increment.
