Anyone who is looking for knowledge and wants to learn from scratch, i recommend it, but for those who want to growth the opportunity this place are not suitable for you.
The good thingshave knowledge to handle the event and have a good friends. But their kindergarten are superb
The challengesNot law compliance in terms of managing employees and documentation. No benefits at all. No work life balance. Sustain in business due to marketing but facilities and all are remain. Supposedly, IPTS need have a good facilities since the education fees are expensive. Too many dark sides from bright side

Terrible Company (No Work Life Balance & Always Screamed at)
The good thingsGood friends are the only one thing that keep me sane
The challengesThey did not contribute to EPF and also the working life is hectic until you have no time for holiday, and even during public holiday you are still required to work. No work-life balance and WhatsApp group always need to be noted no matter what day or time it is.

Great opportunity for being a such of experienced environment
The good thingsI loved my last job . It taught me so many things and my previous boss has always been helpful and I want to experienced new environment and broaden my horizon by working in a different company to become very well-experienced in what i do and have a better understanding of my field.
The challengesI personally think that pressure motivates me to work twice as hard and finish my work on time . The challenges of the leadership is to be strong , but not rude , be kind but not bully , be thoughtful but not lazy , be humble but not timid , be proud but not arrogant , have humor but without folly . Jim Rohn said the differences between a boss and a leader . A boss says GO . A leader says LETS GO .
