    Challenging but the experience is worth a lot.
    The good thingsHandling the customer issues such as late payment for claims either from family or general takaful, customer withdrawal, surrender of policy in an effective manner. Next, handling the documentation where we need to sort all sort of documents from claims, renewal processes, complaints, new business proposals and etc. The process was smooth from receiving the document until the delivery to the exact department for further process.
    The challenges1. Communication between department. - As we know, the Customer Service Department requires support from other departments in order to resolve the customer issues or problems. However, some departments did not give full support when it comes to assisting the customer. Some of the calls did not be answered by them, in fact, staff from the customer service itself need to go and see them just for the sake of getting their assistance. 2. Professionalism in managing the document of customers. - Some of the departments have the problem in managing the documents of the customer. For examples, the claims department sometimes misplaced the document of claims from the customer. Thus, it will affect the entire process and also burdening the customer who needs to fill-up the document again.

Such experience useful in enhancing self development for better career opportunity and secure crucial job position in the company.
    The challengesTime management would be one of the problem because I had to deal with some colleague who absence of sense of urgency in delivering the tasks given, learnt to deal with inappropriate customer in a professional manner by adapting problem and analytical solving skills in addition time management would a crucial part as some of the tasks are prepared disorganized however I have managed to overcome such challenges very well.

    I had a task or duty to assist the staff to make a General Ledger and make a correction to their ledger to get text file for every fund.
    The good thingsAs I was training in Insurance company and stay in finance department, I got a lot of knowledge about using Excel. From formula of Sum, If, using Pivot table until Look Up formula. I think that's is a valuable knowledge I have gain. Sometimes, I assist others staff to make Payment Register of the company and know what their duty in Payment side which is deal with bank, customer and get some approval from their boss.
    The challengesSome challenge that I got during the training, to understand what they teach me to do. I must try fast to understand what they taught me. Overall, during my training period, they was try their best to make me understand what they do.

The work environment is something to be proud of because TIB had successfully balance the work, life and akhirah needs for their employees by having tazkirah and other Islamic events that helps the employees to improve their spiritually and belief of oneness of God.
