    One of the BEST EMPLOYER in my career history.
    The good thingsExcellent employer. Once you joined the company, it is hard to leave the job because this company provides very comfortable working environment and good culture. Working hour is 830-5pm, which is shorter than other company. Bonus is twice per year with many other benefits, e.g. dental, spectacle and medical benefit for family, staff training etc. The superior and colleagues all are very knowledgeable and the software in this company are also very updated which allow employee to upskill our knowledge. Top management are very polite and well manner. Some colleagues are working in this company for more than 30 years. Overall, this company is really very good working place, work life balance and very well organized.
    The challengesNo work from home arrangement because construction industry normally does not have hybrid job mode.
