    The experience of this job encompasses the comfort of remote work, abundant learning opportunities in digital marketing, and the ongoing challenge of incremental improvement facilitated by daily discussions and feedback.
    The good thingsThe best thing about the job is that I can enjoy my work-from-home life and work from the comfort of my house. I also gained a lot of knowledge and skill sets, along with hands-on experience in the digital marketing world.
    The challengesImproving 1% daily. It might sound easy, but this is the challenge. Nevertheless, with the daily discussion and feedback, overcoming this challenge becomes achievable.

    The good thingsThe work life balance was quite good, most of the time won't have extra works after working hours.
    The challengesThe micromanagement, where the decision making power even for simple things is on the hand of only one person. Creative and innovative idea with the use of technology is not welcomed here, where you still must find solution with old technologies used 10-15 years ago.
