    The good things- Work-life balance - Easy job - Nice office environment
    The challenges- Limited learning opportunities, not suitable for those with ambition - Bad boss - Low increment and no bonus - No challenges - No future - Not suitable for those who aim for promotion

    Not So Good .... ...
    The good thingsIn order to save money, they tend to hire technicians because the salary is affordable and also they have experience. University certificates are not valuable.
    The challengesThey used to have pay cut because projects lost money.

    The challengesThe hierarchy here has many layers. Bad management. The experience gained here is not so valuable. After working here for several years, the job that I have done can be handled by a student also. Not a good place to gain experience. I dont see any good and bright future working here.

    The good thingsThe workers there are like a family where they patiently mentor practical students and treat us nice. Experiences that we got we can implemented to our final year project.
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company when solid waste there is not manage properly but the workers try hard to manage it well.

    I have a lot experience in maintenance of high lift pump
    The good thingsThe boss and staff are really nice.This company develop nice working environment. They friendly and helps another worker when needed. They always on time and discipline in their jobs. The company always clean and tidy.
    The challengeschallenges that I faced is the staff is not really care about safety when doing the job. The management in this company is not fully organized because not some workers are cooperate together. The space and facility in this company are limited.

    The challengesThey are very particularly about your working hour. If you go back home on time, you are perceived as a lazy employee. They are not happy with you if you go back on time. If you laugh while working, they will think that you do not put your effort into your work.

    The good thingsYou can be so free when there is no work. Nice environment with good colleagues.
    The challengesSeriously very boring daily routine. You can't get promoted easily. Low salary base. Mainly you will be doing customer service work like calling suppliers and getting the quotations. Even SPM leavers can do that work!

    The good thingsGiven the opportunity to try out different aspect of audit assignment. Given the opportunity to lead the team by the Superior. Given the trust fully to handle a task given. Company's benefits are very well covered for an employee thought not the best.
    The challengesThe department could afford to have more bonding time such as organize outing and also send its staff out for training for improvement.
