    under appreciated
The good thingsthe boss is very laid back, easy going, the office is nice and client portfolio is diversed.
The challengesThe boss should appreciate the newcomer and dont show favors only to the higher management. higher management also must listen and understand the situation of each newcomer. dont expect everyone is the same and dont instil the mindset that if one person can do it then the rest can do it. KPI is very hard to achieve. the environment between coleagues have tension which it shouldnt be.
