    Positive Work Environment, Less Toxicity, but Minimal Salary IncreaseOffice mates are very friendly and helpful. You need to be smart in how you approach senior staff to get their assistance with various tasks. However, even after work more than 5 years, the salary increment is quite low and there have been no promotions, despite being burdened with a heavy workload that is not related to your department.
