Challenging yet SatisfyingThe good thingsAs a fresh grad who started in this company for a first job, it really is a good learning and working ground to start on. It was definitely challenging in many ways however in this company, departments work as a team and not just individually. The company practices great teamwork and coordination because it believes it can only grow through the collaboration and coordination of many.
The challengesThe challenges faced was working on projects that were entirely new with colleagues and management who had no prior experience. However in the end, everything still work out well as all were cooperative and helpful with one another.
