    Enriching and enjoyable internship
    The good thingsWorking hours are not very strict which reflects a high level of trust towards the interns in making sure that we accomplish our tasks promptly. Workplace is filled with friendly leaders/colleagues, not just the department I am situated at. Everyone is mostly patient in guiding me through challenges I've encountered. I enjoyed everyday of my time in Tanand because there were always new things to discover. Overall I'm satisfied with the knowledge and experience I've acquired throughout my 3 months working with Tanand as it has provided opportunities for personal and professional growth.
    The challenges1) As someone who only programmed for a year, it can be a little overwhelming at first, because there were so many things to pick up within the first few weeks. 2) Colleagues are often not in office due to site visits, which made it slightly challenging to collaborate in person.

    The challengesThey exploit interns. Communication is an issue most of the time and the workload is too much. Their excuse is they say you will learn a lot during the internship because they don't want to pay for full time employees.

    Good place to learn and gain experience
    The good thingsThey are not afraid to give interns the opportunity to handle a project. The supervisor is willing to help and explain when you face trouble as well. You can learn many things as they are involved in many fields. The benefits are good too.
    The challengesNeed to prepare for projects that need to be completed in a short time occasionally. Communication is sometimes an issue too. Other than that, you just need to do self-learning a lot to cope with the workload.

    The good thingsLearn alot of things about IoT hardware! Supervisor is very patient in detailed explaining although I'm still relative new to the industry.
    The challengesCan be boring when working whole day especially when you get stucked in the task. Requires alot of self study which requires more self discipline.

    The good thingsThe work environment is really cosy with all the employee being kind and helpful to each other. It doesn't matter if you're interning there, they will guide you to improve your career and sees potential growth in yourself.
    The challengesEvery day there's an enjoyment of working in Tanand Technology, there's never a dull day as an intern. The challenges/tasks given provides an opportunity to improve yourself and progress further in your future career.

    The good thingsThere is a very good internship programme provided to the students. There are a lot of the guidance and advice from the members woking at there. It is a very great experience . Unforgotable memory.
