    Great place to learn & for carrier Development
    The good thingsTanco Holdings is a group of companies which have lots of subsidiaries and have various nature of business. You can learn accounts for property development business, money lending accounting, hotel operation, Property management and many more.. Great place for carrier development and learning. Good environment and great Bosses.. Especially COO & GFC..
    The challengesToo many finance staff and managers turnover. Each new manager implement new systems and SOP. Slightly challenging to adopt changes.

    The good thingsGood learning place but not for career growth.
    The challengesUncooperative between departments. Blaming literally everything to accounts team at the end. Working ambience might not be the best place compared to other companies' office, but it's fine by me.
