    The good things- Good leadership environment in Finance department. - Friendly colleague. - Good benefits, including meal allowance, laundry allowance, and accommodation covered. - Staff can enjoy all the nice food in the cafe, but up to certain limits in a month. - Breathtaking scenery view in the golf course. - Staff prices for all the sport facilities. - Staff day (monday) to enjoy all the facilities or minimal charges (very low) imposed.
    The challenges- old office building. - poorly maintained staff canteen. - limited exposure, not really suitable if it is your first job, and you are looking for tremendous career growth in the next few years. -

    The good things- Staff and staff close family are allowed to enjoy the facilities in the resort for much much lower prices, and some for free on every Monday. - Meal allowance to enjoy the cafe food up to certain limit according to position rank. - Staff accommodation is provided, only minimal rental charged for staff level, and free for HOD and Assistant HOD. - Pay is okay. - Greenery environment, with good scenery surrounding. - other staff benefits, like insurance, medical expenses, and others.
    The challenges- Office/working environment can be improved, since nowadays good working environment is one of the important factor to retain and motivate employee. - It is hard to imagine that a resort operator provided no proper pantry to their office staff. - If you are a staff with the great determination to turn around and improve a poor situation, this company is a good place with good benefits for you to showcase your potential.

    Beautiful Resort But Bad For Career Advancement
    The good things1. Beautiful golf resort. 2. Free lunch or dinner. 3. Quiet and peaceful environment 4. Performance of staff is acceptable. 5. Near to industrial area, good for F&B business. 6. Weekend buiness and weekdays are usually quiet and good for some improvement and maintanance works. 7. Can go home timely and work life balance.
    The challenges1. Do not rent the house/ apartment around the area, the air pollution is serious. 2. Road traffic is not smooth due to the lorries and road condition. 3. Most of the employees from around the area with \"kampung\" attitude. 4. The job is not challenging and not so good for personal growth. 5. This is not a company for agreesive people. 6. Not so attrative salary and benefits.
