    For my experienced in Tasek, I was exposed and trained in the raw materials department which focus on the production of cement. I was able to give an extra hand to the company to help in terms of repairing and perform a maintenance for the machine.
    The good thingsThe good things are it provide you large basic salary and have some of comission if you work in Tasek
    The challengesThe Harsh environment make you very take care of your health. The maintenance should be make every day because everyday have the problem and every engineers have their roles to fix the problem

    The good thingsLearn from old timer (20-30 years of experience) on maintenance skill for equipment Learn various of technique, chance to explore and use own creativity during repair works Polish \"common sense\", technique where most of old timer have (cannot learn from university, it's from real experience) Build up self-confidence in repair work, managing, and giving instruction to contractors/workers at site
