    Can gain many experiences from the company.
    The good thingsWork with this company can learn a lots of things. The specialty is that company having seasoning time which having peak productivity & sale during season time. A relaxing workplace with friendly colleagues.
    The challengesQuite a lot of things have to be handled and will be very confusing when season time. Need a very clear mindset and quick response to urgent matters. Open workplace for all department in company > need to work in open area which accept many voice and may get complaints due to making noise.

    The good thingsVery good working environment where all the colleague bond well with each other. If you are looking to gain experience and learn more things to be versatile, then you are looking at the correct company.
    The challengesWorking 6 days a week (alternate Saturday) is consider as long working hour comparable to other company. Basic benefit according to labor law and no extra advantage compare to similar industries. Fresh graduate can take this as chance that someone paying you money to learn. Stress level is high.
