    The good thingsGreat Colleagues, Good team work, Has an ok system for editorial, Segregate work in an order, good guidance. overall a great start for a newbie writer.
    The challengesHR has a lot of room for improvements, environment too rigid and controlled, pantry doesn't event serve coffee.
