    no proper procedure & protocol in handling task, just follow what the unexperienced management tells you until hit dinding also you have to hit
    The good thingsLeave & MC can be taken during probation
    The challengesi see many staff in and out like door mat no one will guide you due to high turnover and must obey to your superior else you will be eliminated without u knowing it
