Good to join this company based their benefit they have but can't longer if you dont have a strong heart and mental as they have a lot of toxic and not encourage new comers working with them.
The good thingsCompany have provide good benefit in medical, optical and dental. Company have bonus every year and increment every year even is not too much increase the salary but still have compare with others company.
The challengesChallenges must have a strong mental to facing people, because in this company you may facing a lot of people. Also, not good culture to working too long because old internal not welcomers the new comers. New comers need to learn independently in working.

It was fun and I learnt many skills to become a tutor
The good thingsThe employers (lecturers) are friendly and always concerned about how I feel about guiding their module students during classes. The students are friendly as well to enjoy the approach from a senior compared to their lecturers in class.
The challengesThe main challenge was to manage time well as I have to focus on my studies, prepare extra materials for the students and do many more assignments as a student. However, I schedule myself really well when committing this job at Taylor's University

    Challenging but fun
The good thingsI enjoyed the fact that they offered a flexible working arrangement as it allowed me to have a late start which meant less traffic to sit in.
The challengesThe environment wasn't conducive as it was like walking on eggshells most of the time. The blame game runs quite deep as people are quite happy to point fingers whenever there is an issue.

Losing out to the closest competitor
The good thingsBetter pays compared to the competitors. Flexible working hour. Nice campus. Outer-look of the organisation is fancy and modern.
The challengesTaylor’s is losing the market share to the competitors due to its pricing and quality. More and more good lecturers are leaving the uni for competitors making the one staying highly pressured to perform beyond what they can deliver.

The good thingsGood colleague, understanding managers, good support from facilities management, opportunity for training and self development, good students support all around. Organisation is constantly looking for area of improvement. Decent Sports facilities. Flexible working hour, Cubicle create personal space and privacy
The challengesPaperwork is still taking up time every workforce, claim process is confusing. Food selection becoming limited once you have tried them all, lacked of interdisciplinary / department interaction. Could have more OPEN communication session with staff, confusing KPI (is it even achievable and fair), parking can still be an issue. More collaboration would be nice

    Poor career development
The good thingsGood reputation, low stress level with moderate workload, good working environment with a lot of facilities. Nice view with shops in the campus, very convenient. No punch card system, so called flexi-working hour. Good benefits with nice annual leave.
The challengesPoor career development, very repetitive works. Poor management in making works more efficient and productive. Office politics, negative working culture. You see the hypocrisy in people when they exercise their office politics to get what they want. Very low or no increment.

Flexible work place, that allowed personal and work life balance
The good thingsCompany encourage work life balance, where flexi hour is implemented. Friendly colleagues, and great opportunity for professional development. it is a "happening" workplace, with restaurants, a Uni Gym, swimming pool, and lots of other activities around.
The challengesLow increment compared to other institution, in which makes staff felt like they are not being appreciated. There is a constant changes in management decision, that causes a lot of administration paper work (double works!)
