Nice people, but loyalty isn't something they value
The good thingsNice people to work with, great place to learn about the industry and some benefit.
The challengesHigh pace, high pressure, fun brands to work on on top of the boring ones.

Great for building portfolio, not great on management and work life balance
The good thingsDepending on your position, but you will get a great variety of projects to work on. So within about a year, you'd be able to build a solid portfolio. And of course strong job contacts and referrals.
The challengesPoor chain of command, poor management. Be prepared to have your holidays and weekends interrupted with work-related Whatsapp messages. They sometimes even come in after you've clocked out.

The good thingsInspiring leaders and mentors. Your boss is not just a boss. They are good managers. Guide the staff well but don't suffocate them with draconian rules. Great internal training programmes and they do send staff for external training as well. Flexible working hours.
The challengesThe long hours but lack of proper compensation to the staff. Could feel demotivated when you have much to do but not being compensate adequately. Lack of management and staff integration.

    Account Executive
The good thingsBeauty of the place was the people and culture. People were friendly, no hierarchy orders, executives are given the same chance to handle projects/campaigns just as any manager & supportive on trainings. Hence, your learning curve is high. Flexible timing (means by 9.30am) or As long the agreed time with your Account Director/Manager and reachable by customer you should be safe.
The challengesBut like any agency, and as per the Job title, is all about managing relationships and setting your expectations with your Account Director/manager. Also this goes around the whole chain with your FA Artist, Art director etc..
