    The challengesA lack of benefits & career development if compared with other companies. Also,5.5 Days working days. Some departments are not allowed to bring their phones.

    Think before you decided to join
    The good thingsLearning the fishing industry and the method to explain the product, also the opportunity to training and hiring for retails staff, there is plenty place you can visit as they have many store in Malaysia, you will be assign to take care of 10 retails shop, which can be located in KL, Johor, Penang or Kedah, etc.
    The challengesIf you are not able to commit full if your time, you are not suitable as they will assign you to work in outstation for 3 weeks and you only have limited off day, as the retails is running 10am - 7pm (No OFF DAY), you only off when you coming back from outstation.

    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, i had less experience in working life, but supervisor was very friendly and taught me a lot. TCE Tackles had provide a lot of opportunities for me to learn and develop. TCE Tackles also provides a great benefits especially in salary and good environment.
