    The good thingsHiring is as easy as ABC. Fast without much consideration and questions asked.
    The challengesThe turnover rate is high. Keep hiring Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager from time to time. Getting stressful as the hiring must be fast.

    The good thingsNothing seems good at all. Fake compliments all the time.
    The challengesOnly work pressure and blame are the credit. The top fellow is only interested to see building go up fast without checking inside. Quality issues all go the site team and the head is in hot soup.

Provide challenges for job movement and clients based on industries so that you can contribute your best in the areas that you are very good at. I like the culture of think Global , Multi-national but act local and humble to the presence culture of colleague and clients.
    The challengesBeing a large multi-national and global presence, there are lots of things to learn and catch-up. Being able to travel to various regions within short notice is something that you have to be prepared. Although you don't get to see people in person but you get all the support from all over the globe to make sure you deliver the best to your clients.
