    ME to cover / involve everything with supporting department is very useless..
    The good thingsColleague at engineering is good
    The challengesEverything needs to cover/involve ME. Request to work for night shift and OT on weekend and holidays when production not able to achieve the output target. Production supervisor / leader just didn't care out the output and management look for ME to improvement output...EHS is troublesome that make you totally inconvenience to continue your job. Need to renew work permit that need signature from EHS for vendor to work on machine every week. Maintenance job is required JSA but need to come out from ME...SOP still need to print out and paste on the machine which is very manual style..

    The good thingsEfficient management and office staffs where most of the time come anytime and go home early with acceptable reason. Good talking is the first. The long service employee in department the powerful of grumbling and well protected.
    The challengesIndomitable when facing long service employee. They are always right as they can tackle and cover violation of rules and requirement to lessen and push job responsibilities. Bad example to new employees.

    The good thingsI joined the company under 3 months temporary contract staff to replace maternity employees. Training had been given well by my superior and colleagues, the job was very new and interesting to me as someone not from customer service background. Working environment is healthy. Thanks!

Happy working situation made all staff love on job or task given and try to complete to meet the goals. Bonus and increment were given every year where can motivated all staff to work more harder. Very enjoy working at there....miss the moment...........
    The challengesThe challenges was materials delivery delay from suppliers or any technical issue arise. Everybody will felt stress because the plan or schedule needs to be reviewed to ensure the problem can be solved well. Additional cost (if any), will be one of the issue where needs to control. Communication with client also needs to consider (if any) .......
