    Friendly, inclusive and Understanding bosses.
    The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues. Bosses are more involved in operation and are more engage and interactive with staff and always seek the latest updates and development regarding employee and operation related matters.
    The challengesSmall issues that can be easily and internally solve but are blown out of proportion by some higherups. Always playing the blame game when there is issues arising.

    Good Young Boss, very friendly.
    The good thingsVery understanding boss with good planning. Invested in factory building, providing a decent working environment.
    The challengesWork stress with some unreasonable colleague/department, small issue can be solved easily but make it wayang like very big issue and some are very irresponsible, not understanding what is their job role and pushing task to other person/department.

    The good thingsYou will learn and grown with the company together. When we learn more new thing, more we earn beside working. When we over come the challenges, we are the winner!
    The challengesEvery new customer, new worker or new project are new challenges but when we over come it. This is new lesson for our self.
