    The good thingsAble to learn a new thing, if you are a fresh graduate, this is your first company if you want to work, they'll teach you from A to Z.
    The challengesNo bonus or little bonus, no real benefit except for kwsp/small amount of medical card limit. Don't expect to get promoted if you're not... you know what i mean.

    The good thingsVery good and supportive manager for Professional Service Delivery. A good place to explore something. I just resigned but now realize JOS is the best working place for a good career advancement. Hopefully will have the chance to rejoin.
    The challengesChallenges is always there for SI based company. You have to have a good balance of EQ & IQ in handling people, customer, partner/principal and your high workload. Keep a good relationship & appreciate those who appreciate you

    The good thingsIf you are good, you will be rewarded.
    The challengesThere is a lot of resource with lack of experience and most of time if you are hired with salary based on your demand, you will be expected to cover a lot of job scope. Be careful with management line. They're good in convincing you but not really want to help you. They also good in using someone else in pointing people in front of you.

    The good thingsThe employer was friendly and supportive. Provides a lot of hands-on practical opportunity to help the employee to gain experiences. Colleagues were helpful and supportive when encountered with problems or issues. There are also a lot of chances to gain exposure and explore more in the IT industry since JOS Malaysia is working on a lot of different project for the enterprise. Highly recommend for those who want to involve in IT-Hardware or being an IT Support.
    The challengesSelf-learning is an important skill to work at this company. Although the colleagues are supportive and helpful, you have to work on the problem or issues with own troubleshooting skills. It would be great if the company provides more guidance to achieve a better result for the projects.

    The good thingsThey give a fresh grad like me chance to work for big company. being outsourced since the day i joined. i learned alot from the other company and give me confidence to do site support.
    The challengesThey say can claim OT, then when i want to claim they said cannot. after 2 years working on Weekend they say can claim. 2 years of free labour.

    The good thingsEveryday is a different work. My employer did well to diversify my skillsets by not assigning me to a single post. With that said, I'm glad I took up the challenge as it has improved my decision making and my decisiveness.

    The good things1) Good colleagues that support you no matter what, even though with the gossiping environment, things turned out alright 2) Management of enterprise accounts, the company holds quite a number of large corporate accounts and therefore creating good references for new customers
    The challenges1) Poor Salary 2) There are no systems or proper processes in place, sales person spend too much time in the office to clear the red tapes. 3) No team work among sales, finance and operations team, wasted a lot of time trying to get them to cooperate.
