    Not great experience
    The good thingsInsurance coverages are great for both permanent and contractors.
    The challengesNo bonus. Increment not really an increment, they will increase variable pay and add on allowances instead of home pay. Internal processes are a mess. Knowledge transfer are done poorly here. HR, almost non-existent.

    The challenges-bad management -Public holiday/overtime only let us replacement leave -annual leave cannot apply on system -throw the ticket like playing ping pong ball -higher salary to hire fresh graduate no increment for old staff -allowance no fully pay

    The worse company I've worked with
    The good thingsNOTHING is good with this company. The worse part is how incapable the management is to MANAGE.
    The challengesTop to the bottom worse company to work with. The worse management I have experienced. Managers always have been invisible, no communication with the team will only appear when they want something from you or to do work for them which usually deadline is EOD. Overwork ground staff and the managers just sit around and do nothing. Bad working culture, bad working ethic, thinks seniority is the highest and you can't talk back. Pretentious at being knowledgeable but have no clue how to solve issues. When in question, they rather just ignore the question and give tons of excuses.

    It is good for entry level
    The good thingsThe pay is not too high and not too low in comparison to the market price. The insurance benefit is good too. They do provide online learning for a lot of subjects that may or may not relate to your current work. The opportunity to learn things for free is there.
    The challengesThere is no bonus provided in comparison to other typical Malaysian companies. They too are bad with increments and just give the bare minimum regardless of your contribution. The management has a few issues and will take some time before addressing a problem that majority is facing.

    The good thingsI love working with tech mahindra for EA project since the environment and the manager are so good. love to see how the relationship between employees are being taken and how they train newcomers at first week of working. the job scope also not too strict and not too stress. however, a little bit dissapointment with how tech m themselves treat their associates
    The challengesworking hour is from 10 to 7 pm which you will have to break fasting at the office in ramadhan i think
