    The good thingsNew ideas with new projects. Great environment for teamwork. Dynamic management. Multi-skilled project. No boring work.
    The challengesEvery project has its own challenges, so a very dynamic process planning is highly needed for project management.

    The good things- Provided a wide range of topics to learn from (grant proposal, product design, site visit) - Interaction and cooperation with interns from other fields - Weekly meetings to review progress and discuss future plans
    The challenges- A lot of the work is independently driven - Interaction with the permanent employees was limited
