Great company to work, but definitely need to compensate the workers more; not recommended to settle down at this company. Definitely a great place to start up your career.
The good thingsMost colleagues are very helpful as well the Senior Engineers. Promising career development.
The challengesHardly to get a chance for site visit or business trip purposes; also might be hard to work in different Operating Centre.

    No turning back
The good thingsWork life balance and benefits are good but no job satisfaction.
The challengesManagement in IT does not know how to evaluate staff skill. When your skill are no longer in   line with their favour, they will rather hire someone from the external rather then promoting internal staff growth. They think you cant do it and never give you chances to prove it. Even you help them to deliver result they choose to be blind and never adknowledge it. It's a hopeless environment and a cruel company who are careless about your future.
