    Very good Experience for People who seeking for their first Job!
    The good thingsI cant think of any good for this company. but it is very good experience for you to learn about " people" in working environment and politics etc.
    The challenges-Promise didn't realization, could be very different what they had told you in interview session and actual working culture. -Late Commission payment upon resignation -Enforce the Staff buy consumable goods Monthly since you're working -under minimum guidance and mentorship. You have to explore your own way to fulfill the Criteria from management! - Customers Good return they will deduct sales, other than that you have to pay for the expired customer good return (FMCG) even you're still in probation period.

    Good for entry level to gain experience
    The good thingsFew individual from top management is down to earth personnel while never give up for those who perform. Also quite generous on staffs welfare except on remuneration. Also good for the fresh graduate since it is a multi task (speed up experience acquisition).

    Bad , explore market and get sales as possible . Served existing customer but never get a cents of incentive or commission for market sales.
