I learn so many things while working in here since the job role is totally different from what I've been studied in the campus. The environment in Planning Department really makes comfortable and I could feel like working at home.The good thingsMy manager teach me every single things that I not understand or job that I never did before this. He also concern about our commitment, family matters so that he would give a hands if he needs to. Others employees in my department also are in good term, everyone can cooperate very well and we have an excellent team work.
The challengesI believe that every private company has their own procedures and rules towards their employees to ensure the efficiency in the company. The challenges that I faced while working here is that the company is still running on the day of public holiday, while other private companies are taking off day. But, I still can cooperate with this procedure since I'm still single and do not have much commitment at home.
