    Friendly working environment, Top Management Issues
    The good thingsFriendly working environment, Employer care about employees in a way, and will offer a healthy working environment. Not much challenges in terms of work, hence for those who are seeking for stable work-life balance, this could be a very ideal place to go for. Your pay / increment is based on your performance, if you perform well, you will get what you deserve. Good Luck!
    The challengesTop management issue. Some managers having political issues, and causing a lot of unnecessary changes ALL THE TIME. This can be solved if the top management can take action to handle the managers, but mostly being neglected or just shut one eye, because don't want to create more problems... If you no perform, then you will get what you deserve too :)
