The challengesEngineers here have a huge tasks & roles here at Teknion. They were given responsibility of product launching. This involves the Engineers to work with almost each departments in the company from Corporate Office to the Production Plant. They have to provide the support each of those department in a tight and timely manner. They have to obtain good product knowledge and communicate efficiently.
