    The good thingsWorking at Telcowin is great for one's personal development. Utilising Salesforce enables you to gain invaluable experience and knowledge. The team is supportive and encouraging towards further training under Salesforce and its tools. Work can be hectic but the company is WFH-friendly and supports remote work when necessary.
    The challengesTight deadlines may pose a challenge from time to time but management practices an open door policy which makes it easier to verbalise your needs as an employee.
