    The challengesWorking hour is 8.30 - 5.45 everyday so if staff finish their work don't try to bother why they go back on time. We have a family, kids at home.

    The good thingsGreat working place. Great working atmosphere & great place for career enhancement. The culture of the company and the people that work there really make it a great place to work. Exciting and challenging place to work. There is no doubt Tele-Paper is a tough environment but if you are a fast learner you can progress very quickly. You need to be able to stand on your own feet and be assertive about what you want.
    The challengesEverything can be improved on is happening, the offices have changed with better facilities and the employee benefits are continuously getting better. It is a company that is on the cusp of great things and the rewards for the employees are growing with it.
