    Yeay for Fresh Grad, Nay for Experienced
    The good thingsFive working days (for engineer and above), off Sat and Sun. Compare to other companies in Taiping, Teleflex is the most flexible (in term of attire, break time, Friday's prayer). Lots of company events and have an active Sports & Recreational Club. Have a nice new buildings, offices and meeting rooms.
    The challengesIncompetent bosses (many of them station at the plant can't make decision). Low benefits (low in term of MYR and number of benefits itself). Difficult to be promoted, must clever play politics. Production floor processes mostly manual (hard to do improvement as most issues are human related and if want to change to automation, don't have budget). Machines in the production lots are older than the engineers working there. R&D department no function (after develop & passed to production, then they will wash hand and don't care about it anymore). Any issue happened after that, its production issue and production will bear it.
